On August 11, the Party Committee of Wensli Group and the Party Committee of Hangzhou Children's Hospital launched Party building co-construction cooperation. Guided by Party building co-construction and supported by mass organization collaboration, the two sides will promote the sharing and complementarity between Wensli’s employee welfare system and the hospital’s medical resources, improve employees’ health and well-being, and help build harmonious labor relations in the new era.

The signing of the agreement means that the two Party committees will strengthen exchanges and cooperation in Party building, continuously explore innovative approaches to Party work and advance the high-quality development of Party building on both sides. It also builds a solid bridge for safeguarding employees’ health and happy lives. Leveraging the abundant medical resources of Hangzhou Children's Hospital, the Trade Union of Wensli Group will provide higher-quality medical services for the children of its employees and protect the health of employees’ families. Hangzhou Children's Hospital has set up a special expert service team for Wensli to offer targeted online consultation services, enabling employees to obtain professional medical advice more conveniently. In addition, a variety of offline activities such as workplace lectures will be held to deliver more comprehensive medical services to employees and their families.
Linked by Party building, Wensli and Hangzhou Children's Hospital will jointly boost development of both parties to achieve win-win results and progress. Adhering to the principles of win-win outcomes, mutual benefit and joint development, the two sides will further deepen cooperation. While creating a better working and living environment for employees, they will spread positive energy for the sustainable development of enterprises and society.
