To further deepen and implement the Theme Education on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and put Party members’ original aspiration and mission into concrete practice, Wensli Group convened a commemoration meeting on June 28, 2023 to celebrate the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Nearly 100 core Party members and middle and senior managers of the Group gathered together to review the Party’s glorious journey and commemorate its remarkable achievements, building momentum for striving to reach higher targets and tackling tough challenges in key projects in the second half of the year.
The meeting invited Ling Yun, former First-Level Inspector of the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Zhejiang Province, to deliver a special Party lecture for the Theme Education.
At the meeting, Li Jianhua, Chairman of Wensli Silk, shared his reflections on transformations in the AI era and industrial practical experience. With the theme of *Embrace the AI Era, Empower a Splendid Future*, he delivered an informative and wonderful presentation to all core Party members and middle and senior managers.
We are now embarking on a new journey to advance the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through a Chinese path to modernization. Taking the Asian Games as an opportunity, Hangzhou aims to fully showcase the development achievements of the "Two Pioneering Initiatives" to the world. How can Wensli Group seize opportunities, build on the momentum, forge ahead as a trailblazer on the new journey of fully building a modern socialist country, and strive to be a pacesetter for high-quality development?
In her concluding remarks, Tu Hongyan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairperson of Wensli Group, stressed the need to deeply integrate Party building with corporate development. She called for solid strides toward the goal of "Building a Century-Old Enterprise and Forging a Century-Old Brand" from three dimensions: upholding Party building as the guide, prioritizing scientific decision-making, enhancing the standardized development of Party branches and building high-quality Party building brands; and promoting silk culture and remaining committed to the silk industry.
