Hangzhou Jianqiao Silk Factory, the former WENSLI Group, was established in 1975 and its party branch was founded in June 1978, and in February 1995, the party committee was established. It was among the first batch of non-public enterprise party organizations in Zhejiang and has in succession won honors including one of the National Top Ten Demonstrative Enterprises for Party Construction in Private Textile Enterprises, Zhejiang “Model of Private Enterprise Party Construction to Promote Harmonious Labor Relation”, and Hangzhou Advanced Basic Party Organization.
Under the new historical opportunity of Xi Jinping new era of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics, the party committee of WENSLI Group has stuck to the guideline of “Centering on the center and serve the general situation”, aimed at the two objectives of “strong party construction and prosperous development”, put into practice of three integrations of “demands of contributors, demands of employees and demands of non-public enterprises”, and extracted the “four integration” work method of party construction, and effectively given play to the political leading role of party construction of “four-has” which refers to that “silk has politics, silk has culture, silk has responsibility and silk has pursuit”.
