On the 15th Congress of Wensli Group Co., Ltd. in April 2011, Tu Hongyan, Chairman of the Group, was elected Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group.

In March 2007, during the Fifth Session of the Tenth National People's Congress, Comrade Xi Jinping listened to a report on the Design and production of Olympic Souvenirs submitted by Shen Aiqin, a deputy of the National People's Congress. He said happily: "Your design is very good, very creative, very representative, and the government should take it seriously. If you need the help of the government, ask for it, and departments at all levels will give you full support."
