To further consolidate the development of primary-level Party organizations and give full play to the role of Party branches as battle fortresses, on August 8, 2026, the First and Second Party Branches of Hangzhou Wensli Silk Culture Co., Ltd. convened Party member assemblies respectively and successfully completed their general elections. On the same day, the Third Party Branch of Hangzhou Wensli Silk Culture Co., Ltd. held its first Party member assembly after its official approval for establishment in July, electing a new branch committee.
Yu Zhiwei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Wensli Group and General Manager of Wensli Silk Culture Co., Ltd., and Shen Xiaohua, Member of the Group Party Committee, Chairman of the Trade Union and Assistant to the Chairman of Wensli Silk Culture Co., Ltd., attended the assemblies. Entrusted by the Group Party Committee, Cheng Chong, Deputy Secretary of the Group Party Committee and Secretary of the Group Commission for Discipline Inspection, presided over the Party member assemblies of each branch.
In the afternoon of the same day, Party member assemblies of the First, Second and Third Party Branches of the CPC Hangzhou Wensli Silk Culture Co., Ltd. were held successively in the meeting room of Tower B, Wensli Science and Technology Building.
Election results: The Committee of the First Party Branch of the CPC Hangzhou Wensli Silk Culture Co., Ltd. consists of three members: Shen Xiaohua, Chen Jianbo and Zhao Xiangxiang. Shen Xiaohua was elected Secretary, and Chen Jianbo Deputy Secretary.
The Committee of the Second Party Branch of the CPC Hangzhou Wensli Silk Culture Co., Ltd. consists of three members: Shen Hua, Jin Zhenguo and Xu Mo. Shen Hua was elected Secretary, and Jin Zhenguo Deputy Secretary.
The Committee of the Third Party Branch of the CPC Hangzhou Wensli Silk Culture Co., Ltd. consists of three members: Zhao Jing, Sun Bin and Pan Longhua. Zhao Jing was elected Secretary, and Sun Bin Deputy Secretary.
All procedures of this general election and election for the newly-established branch were standardized and well-organized. After full deliberation and democratic voting by all Party members, new committee members for each branch were successfully elected, laying a solid organizational foundation for the follow-up primary-level Party building work of the Group.

They affirmed the standardized conduct of this round of elections, and required the new leadership teams of all branches to promptly perform their duties and push forward all Party building work in an orderly manner.
