On July 1,2025， Wensli Group held a grand commemoration meeting for the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China at the Wensli Science and Innovation Center. Featuring rich activities including the Congress of Party Representatives and the Commendation of Outstanding Party Members, the event celebrated the Party’s birthday. Standing at the new starting point marking the Group’s 50th anniversary, all Wensli staff bear in mind the glories and stay true to the original aspiration with high spirits, jointly drawing a brand-new blueprint for high-quality corporate development under the guidance of Party building.
With 50 years of inheritance of the red gene, Wensli Group has consistently consolidated its organizational foundation through standardized systems. At the 18th Congress of Party Representatives of Wensli Group Co., Ltd., the Group comprehensively reviewed and summarized the gratifying achievements made over the past five years. Led by the Group Party Committee, all Party members, cadres and employees of Wensli stayed true to the original aspiration and mission, shouldered the missions of the times, and actively pursued high-quality development.
Following strict formal procedures, the Congress elected a new leadership team for the Party Committee and Commission for Discipline Inspection of Wensli Group. Tu Hongyan, Yu Zhiwei, Cheng Chong, Shen Xiaohua and Tu Ronghao were elected members of the new Group Party Committee. Tu Hongyan was re-elected Secretary of the Group Party Committee; Yu Zhiwei and Cheng Chong were elected Deputy Secretaries of the Group Party Committee. Meanwhile, Cheng Chong, Teng Junkai and Chen Rongfei were elected members of the new Group Commission for Discipline Inspection. Cheng Chong was elected Secretary of the Group Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Teng Junkai Deputy Secretary.
Notably, the new Party Committee team features remarkable changes: a more optimized age structure dominated by post-80s and post-90s generations; diversified academic backgrounds, with most holding master’s degrees or above and outstanding expertise in specialized fields; forward-looking development concepts combining international vision and local wisdom. This fully demonstrates that the Party Committee of Wensli Group keeps pace with the times in talent team building, continuously injecting strong momentum into the Group’s goal of building a century-old brand.
The Congress also solemnly commended Outstanding Communist Party Members of 2024. These young pioneers from key posts including marketing, scientific research and innovation, and operation management took on heavy responsibilities and forged ahead over the past year. They interpreted the profound connotation that "Party building generates productivity" with concrete actions. They added luster to the Party flag with youthful passion and injected robust impetus into corporate development through down-to-earth work and commitment.
