To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, on the afternoon of June 4, 2024, the Administrative Party Branch of Wensli Group went to the Jiangnan Red Lane in Xiaoying to carry out the themed activity "Trace Red Footprints and Promote the Silk Road Spirit". The members successively visited the Memorial Hall of the Hangzhou Group of the Communist Party of China and the Memorial Hall for Chairman Mao’s Inspection of Xiaoying Lane. While reviewing red memories and appreciating the mighty power of truth, they strengthened their Party spirit and integrated learning, thinking and practice.
The Red Lane boasts red cultural sites including the Memorial Hall for Chairman Mao’s Inspection of Xiaoying Lane, the Former Residence of Qian Xuesen, the Memorial Hall of the Hangzhou Group of the Communist Party of China and the Red Lane Life Plaza. Bearing rich revolutionary history and red culture, it embodies the pioneering revolutionary spirit of daring to be the first. It is the root of red culture in Hangzhou and the cradle of reform in Zhejiang Province.
Both Wensli Group and Xiaoying Lane Community were enterprises and communities inspected and investigated by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his tenure in Zhejiang Province. As teaching sites for "Tracing Footprints and Seeking the Source", they carry important historical and cultural significance. The Administrative Party Branch of Wensli Group selected Xiaoying Lane for this Party building study and visit activity to better learn from the Party history education base and patriotic education base. It aims to deeply understand the role of Xiaoying Red Lane in inheriting the red gene, promoting the Red Lane brand and generating red influence, as well as the importance of community Party building. This will inject new impetus for Wensli Group to spread the red Silk Road culture and promote innovative practices in Party building.
